Company to Firm Relationships
The Company tab of the Relationships panel displays [Target] Company to Firm connections. The tab provides both a Summary View and a List View. You can toggle from one view to another.
The Company to Firm relationships panel always contains:
•Total Contacts – the number of target company contacts known to the firm. This count includes the total number of contacts at the target company + Board Members not working at the target company.
•Contacts with Relationships with the Firm – the number of target company contact relationships with the firm. Note that there may be more company contacts “known” to the firm than ones with actual relationships established with the firm. For example, a company contact may have been entered into the InterAction system through a business card supplied by a participant at a firm sponsored seminar, which has not had a firm contact establish a relationship with this company contact. This number also includes Board Members not working at the target company.
NOTE The numbers shown include Board Members that are not working at the target company. Board members that are employees of the company display their job title with the company. Outside board members, or independent board members, are employees of other companies. They are identified as Board Members of the target company but are also associated with their employer.
The results can be further filtered using the drop-down choices--All, Alumni, Board Member, Legal Counsel, or Leadership.
Individuals named in the Highlights section are links. Clicking on the link opens the Relationship Details for that person.
If your company has IQ enabled, the Summary View identifies:
•Most Connected Company Contact – the company contact with the most connections with the firm. Clicking on the name opens the Relationship Details for that individual.
•Most Engaged Company Contact with the Firm – the company contact with the strongest engagement score with the firm as determined by an algorithm that uses a weighted calculation based on a sum of a company contact’s bucketed score multiplied by the number of relationships with that score. Clicking on the name opens the Relationship Details for that individual.
If your company has IQ enabled, the Company tab displays a bar chart. The bar chart, titled Contacts by Engagement Level, plots the number of contacts by engagement level. The bar chart provides a quick method to see how strong the relationships are between the company and the firm. You can click on any bar in the chart to see the list of relations at that score.
If your company does not have IQ enabled, the Summary View does not show the bar chart. In the Highlights section it includes the name of the most recently connected contact.
The List View provides details of the data provided in the Summary View. Each company contact is listed with their number of relationships. Clicking on any row in the List View [an individual contact] opens Relationship Details for that contact.
